Email your name and property address to loonbaypoa@mail.com. We will do a search to see if there has been a card issued to that address in the past. If so, you will be assessed the $300 lost card fee. If the address has no record of a previous card we will issue one upon receiving your signature on the Loon Bay Park user’s agreement.

The easiest way is to click the meetings tab to see the upcoming and past board meeting information, however, please note the official posting location for meeting notifications is the South Park bulletin board. Additionally, we post meeting information on the website, on the North Park bulletin board, the three marquees (North Park, South Park, and Meadow Lake Entrance), and by email as time and schedule of our volunteers allows.

Per the Bylaws the Semi-Annual Homeowners Meetings are to be held in January and August. The easiest way to check when the next meeting will be held is to visit the meetings page. If you have provided an email address you will receive an email notification and agenda. Homeowners without an email address will receive their notification via USPS. We will also post on the marquees (South Park, North Park, Meadow Lake Dr. entrance) and on the park bulletin boards.
